I went in to buy a new truck, and I was stressed out because I haven't bought a new car since 2009. Lulu was excellent. She listened to what I wanted (everything basic, no frills, nothing fancy) and was able to get me set with a new truck. There was no hard push to sell add-ons or stuff I didn't want or need. Lulu was friendly, professional, and took great care of me. I had a very good experience! (The truck only has 20 miles on it now so I guess ill have to review the truck later!)
